Baba-Jallah Epega Founder & MD
With a degree in Economics the road seemed paved for a career in the City. Baba cut his business teeth as a Broker at Garban Intercapital before moving on to Barclays Capital and later Bloomberg. However, it was during a sabbatical in China, that Baba realised his true vocation lay in the Entertainment sector. When he successfully organised a promotion party for Fuji Films, the idea for EMC3 was born.

Alistair Graham
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Alistair’s early career was in hospitality working at The Savoy alongside head chef Anton Edelman. From there he was headhunted to work with Antonio Carluccio at the celebrated Neal Street restaurant and ended up, a few years later, at Ernst & Young working as Financial Controller for Catering Operations. Like Baba, it was a travel stint that was to focus Alistair’s mind on bigger entrepreneurial ambitions. On his return, he set up a chain of successful internet coffee shops. In 1998, still hungry for success, Alistair set his sights on a new venture - EMC3.

Daniel Curtis
In 2001 Daniel joined the Malmaison Hotel as a trainee chef and within 2 years had worked his way through all sections of the kitchen. Despite being offered a junior sous-chef position he returned to London to further his career. He spent 2 years at J Sheekey restaurant in Covent Garden and while there started a side line planning and catering private events.

On leaving J Sheekey he worked at a number of top London caterers to hone his outside catering skills. In January 2006 he joined emc3 and since has run the concierge service and planned a wide variety of corporate and private events. In April 2009 Daniel was made a partner and director in the company.
