Experian Ski Incentive

About This Project

Brief:

To reward the top employees from Experian with an exciting skiing trip, we were to propose the destination and a fun itinerary for the trip. From this, we were to coordinate all aspects of the Ski Incentive trip, including hotel, accommodation, ski equipment hire, ski lessons and drinks spend.

Solution:

With our expertise in skiing, we proposed the resort of Avoriaz/Morzine which is a fantastic resort in French Alps known for the exceptional Port du Soleil ski area. The Club Med hotel offered an excellent all inclusive set up, with the ability to ski in and out from the door of the hotel! We used our knowledge of apres-ski bars to source great options for the evening activities.

How we added value:

By coordinating all of the logistics of the event from departure in London through to arriving back, we were able to execute a seamless event that enabled the group to enjoy the experience fully, both with skiing and enjoying the bars on offer in the resort.
