HP and Softcat celebrate the successes of their top individual sellers on a quarterly basis. This trip is announced at the start of the quarter to get the team motivated to make it to the top 30. For the month of September, Ibiza was chosen purely for its infamous closing parties! Staying in the breathtaking suites at the Ocean Club Hotel this trip was non-stop party. The tripped opened with a day trip aboard private speed boats, island hopping. This included water skiing, snorkelling and a lot of partying! The following day the guests were treated to one of Ibiza’s famous pool parties. The evenings included the best of the closing parties at Pacha, Space, Mambos and Antz party at Ushuaia. Emc3 managed the group from the moment the first person stepped off the plane in Ibiza, to the moment the last person reached the hotel each night. Incentives like this really help employees feel appreciated and ultimately improve employee relations, motivation and unity which were all abundantly clear on this fantastically enjoyable trip.
