About This Project

Brief:

Newton approached us with an open brief. They wanted a staff conference followed by a gala dinner and party with live music on the Friday and a day of sporting activities and fun on the Saturday,
again followed with an evening

Solution:

Our event team created an incredible bespoke summer package for Newton. We brought in the best entertainment for the parties, managed a bespoke 3 tier triathlon at a beautiful lake in Surrey, organised a variety of water activities and erected a huge tepee for the evening for a more relaxed dinner and dance and the triathlon prize giving.

How we added value:

Newton informed us that the summer party experience we created helped to increase staff motivation and teamwork which in turn increased the efficiency of their processes in the workplace. In addition, offering such a fantastic summer party helped to improve quality staff retention. Newton had an extremely strict budget for their event. Our disciplined approach, exceptional negotiation skills allowed us to stick within these limitations but still deliver an outstanding event.
