We were asked to provide logistical support throughout Bentley’s 4 day conference for the second year running following on from last year’s success. We were also asked to design, produce and manage unique networking spaces that would encourage networking.
Bentley wanted to deliver a 4 day programme that reflected their creative brand so we transformed their event spaces throughout programme from a Jazz bar to an LED party to a Best of British Bar! This was key to the programmes success because for a number of the attendees this was their first trip to London and they wouldn’t get much time to explore the capital so we needed to bring the best of Britain to the attendees.
How we added value:
Our experienced production team transformed the Hilton Metropole beyond recognition focusing on engaging guest’s site, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Transforming the networking spaces throughout the conference helped to engage attendees and reduce mental fatigue which can occur when staying in the same venue for a prolonged period.
Over the last 15 years we have also built up an extensive professional network and have developed strong relationships with an array of entertainers which means we can get better prices for our clients than other agencies saving our clients time, money and resources!
