About This Project

Brief:

ACI wanted to run simultaneous events in Central London and Time Square New York to mark the occasion of ‘ringing of the bell’ at NASDAQ stock exchange. The main requirement was to allow
communication between the two locations.

Solution:

We worked with our US partners to arrange simultaneous events in Central London and Time Square New York. Each event was broadcasted live with Satellite link ups to enable simultaneous
interaction. This allowed the CEO of ACI to speak in New York and field questions from London attendees at the same time.

How we added value:

Our creative and logistical team worked in unison to deliver a seamless global event, utilising the latest technologies whilst managing a rigorous budget. This event was a brilliant example of our team’s ability to absorb complex briefs and deliver outstanding global events.
