About This Project

Brief:

Westfield approached us to help plan and manage their annual Holiday party. With 3 active sites, in Shepherd’s bush, Stratford and Croydon Westfield needed a venue easily accessible for all of their team and Central enough to add a sense of occasion. This was our 3rd year managing this exciting event and as every year our client wanted to theme the event to add to the festivities!

Solution:

We had previously hosted an Olympic themed evening at Bounce Ping Pong Bar and an outstanding Great Gatsby themed evening for Westfield’s Christmas parties and our client was determined to make the celebration bigger and better than ever. We sourced the perfect venue on Conduit Street, and enhanced the space with spectacular fairy tale theming, entertainment and exciting surprises as well as a top DJ.

How we added value:

We were able to manage all aspects of the event, including venue theming, décor, entertainment, AV and catering – this helped to save our clients time, money and resources as it prevented them having to approach numerous vendors. Having 1 point of contact for the whole event that managed all suppliers and logistics helped to alleviate our clients stresses and meant that they could simply relax and enjoy their holiday celebrations!
