This event is one of a kind for search and staffing professionals. A one day conference connecting over 500 recruitment specialists from around the globe, to share best practises, prized insights and top trends in the recruitment industry. The emc3 team coordinated all aspects of this fantastic event, including a seamless registration, talent, staging. Production and catering. The event took on the theme of Science Vs Art, exploring both the operational and creative side to recruitment. The imaginative team took on the task of designing and creating an InLounge around this theme, a creative networking space designed to engage and inspire attendees, complete with a giant brain with over 50 live plasma balls and 360° artwork over two floors. High profile speakers at the event included Serial Entrepreneur and BBC Dragon James Caan, Racing Driver Susie Wolff, and Author Michelle Carvill.
