MAD HATTER’S TEA PARTY

About This Project

What: This was a summer party for Linkedin and 450 of their top clients to come together and celebrate the successful year so far in recruitment. The chosen theme this year was ‘The Mad l-latter’s Tea Party’ so the classic drinks on the lawn were punctuated with performances from an acrobatic Cheshire Cat, a giant Queen of Hearts, Mr Hatter himself plus a remarkably talented Alice who managed to squeeze herself into a very small house!

A delicious barbecue was cooked up serving hot food straight from the grill and as the evening light filtered through the trees and the food smoke we were treated to some spectacular visual effects which really made us feel like we were in Wonderland. The barbecue was complemented by some gourmet salads that could be nibbled whilst enjoying the garden games on the grass.

After dinner, guests had a go at a selection of hands-on activities there was a circus expert on hand to teach juggling, unicycling and diabolo whilst further down the lawns we had a full 9 hole crazy golf course set up!

As the event was during the world cup we didn’t want to exclude sports fans so we set up 2 large plasmas in the marquee showing the semi final match.
